Please provide our office with any dental insurance information that you may have. Payment for dental services is required at the time service is provided. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. We accept assignment of benefits and do require any residual balances be paid in a timely manner. We can provide you and/or your insurance company with any estimates for recommended or provided dental treatment.
