Cancellation and Late Policy

We appreciate your time and value you and your family in letting us take care of your smile. We strive to see our patients on time and make every effort to do so. If you think that you will be late for an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make adjustments in our schedule to accommodate you. On occasion, we may recommend rescheduling your appointment so as not to compromise your care or disrupt the scheduling of other patients. We are happy to reschedule or change your appointment to a more convenient date and time for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, we do require two (2) business days notice for you to avoid a missed appointment fee.
